The Power of a Testimony

002My name is Kathleen Daley… I have nothing to brag about in this life, accept that I am a sinner saved by the grace of God.  In 2004 I married, in 2005 I was diagnosed with cancer.  It was on my tongue and it metastasized into my lymph nodes, I “discovered” a large golf ball size lump on my neck on a Sunday morning in God’s House … it was not there a few hours earlier.  After seven months of treatment I was still pretty weak and could not eat by mouth. On a Sunday morning again, same church… I was given a word that I was healed. I was!  My strength was back within the hour, even more so than before the cancer.  I never lost my sense of peace through it all.  The  Lord is my comforter and in Him do I trust. He gave me my life and I  give Him mine.

I am thankful for the “Gift of Life” Jesus Christ has given me. Let God be glorified!

O LORD my God, I cried out to You, and You healed me.
O LORD, You brought my soul up from the grave—
You have kept me alive… sing praise to the LORD, you saints of
His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His Holy Name.  Psalm 30:2-4

“What is the kingdom of God like? And to what shall I compare it?
It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and put in his garden; and it grew and became a large tree, and the birds of the air nested in its branches.”  Matthew 13:18-19
